Tabasco Original Red Sauce

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TABASCO® Original Red. All opinions are 100% mine.

I love, love, LOVE for my food to have a little kick.  I put pepper on nearly everything and I love hot sauce.  When I used TABASCO® Original Red Sauce, I like to put a little in my macaroni and cheese, or in my scrambled eggs.  Even better if those scrambled eggs are going in to a breakfast burrito.  Scrambled eggs, rice, and some shredded cheddar cheese (or cheddar jack) with a little Tabasco Original Red all rolled up in a soft, warm, tortilla.  YUM!  Tabasco Original Red is not only about the heat, it's about the flavor and enhancing the food you add it to.

I have never thought to put Tabasco Original Red on my pizza, but that is not a half bad idea, since I enjoy putting hot pepper flakes on my pizzas.  Maybe we will have to try that for SuperBowl Sunday this year, pizza with Tabasco Original Red.  It might even become a tradition!  :o)  Do you have any SuperBowl Sunday food traditions?  The food is where my heart lies that day because anyone who knows me knows, sports are NOT my thing.  I doubt I will pay any attention to the game at all, but I will be more than happy to spend part of my day in the kitchen cooking up a delicious spread for us to enjoy while it is on and my husband is watching.

Tabasco has a great site here for your Game-Day Party Menu.  Check it out and get some great ideas for what to serve your family and/or guests for the big game.  They even have a page for your pizza too, check out Pizza Perfected, and let me know what you think!  :o)

Did you know that Tabasco Original Red was the first sauce introduced by the McIlhenny family in 1868 and to this day it continues to be the most popular of all of the six different sauces that Tabasco manufactures?  Neat!
